Thank you for choosing handmade crafts from China Craft Studio. We are deeply committed to delivering high-quality, artisan-crafted products that reflect traditional Chinese craftsmanship.

If you receive an item with a genuine quality issue—such as damage, manufacturing defect, or functional flaw—we are happy to assist with a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for verified quality-related issues;
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos as evidence;
• The item must be in its original condition,  and undamaged by improper handling.The film is not torn off

Return Shipping Costs

As we are based in China and serve customers worldwide, return shipping fees for international returns must be covered by the customer. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is defective, we will issue a full refund of the product price (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Special Note: Assistance with “Unlocking” or Assembly

Some of our artisanal items (e.g., luban lock) feature intricate designs that require specific steps to open or assemble.
⚠️ Please do not force or disassemble the item, as this may cause irreversible damage.
