- Free standard shipping is available exclusively to customers in the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries, but you may contact us to inquire about future availability.
- Orders typically require 2–3 business days for preparation, followed by 10–14 business days for international transit.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not liable for shipping delays.
5. Returns and Refunds

- Due to high international return shipping costs, customers are responsible for return postage. Upon receipt and verification, we will refund the product amount (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
